Closed Species- Jellocats are a closed species created and owned by TaNa-Jo (on DeviantArt and Cara). This means you cannot create your own Jellocat without explicit permission. This character has been created with permission and has been approved by the Jellocat Admin team as an official Jellocat design.
Character Information- Once you buy the character, you are free to choose its name, gender, and personality as you please. Buying the character does not mean you can claim ownership of the Jellocats species or claim to have made the character design.
Payment- Payment is to be made within 24 hours of purchase, this may be extended in some circumstances. Otherwise, the adoptable will be up for sale after that period. All payments are to be made through PayPal in USD or through Kofi. I am not responsible for underage usage of PayPal accounts.
Trades/Reselling- Adoptables are not allowed to be gifted unless stated in the original description. Adoptables are not allowed for trade and resell unless explicitly stated. Ask me. In the case of an exchange, please notify me or TaNa Jo before doing so, so we can approve the decision. The resale price/trade value has to be the same price as you bought it for. Adoptables obtained in trades cannot be bought with money.
Reposting- You MAY NOT repost the full-resolution unwatermarked image in order to prevent character theft/art theft. If you repost the image, you MUST give proper credit, either linking back to my Cara, Deviantart, or toyhou.se (My username on all three platforms is thescorpiondoctor)
You MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:
